We are a member of the Silver and Fit, Silver Sneakers, United/Renew Active, Gray and Golden and Active and Fit programs enabling Seniors to utilize their insurance program. We have a number of classes, and programs geared for the Mature Adult, including Chair Yoga, Yoga, Barre Fusion, Body Sculpt, and Zumba Gold. We also personalize workout program to fit individual needs.
